Default Ham can air cleaner replacement

Anyone replace the stock air cleaner with another type and if so can you post pics and if you don't mind sharing total costs to do so. Is the job easy enough to do and is there a lot of added stuff like breather tubes etc to add? I personally like the round aftermarket styles but please add your photos and recommendations. Thanks.

I put on a Arlen Ness Big Sucka. I dont have a full filter cover on yet , Just a filter cap I made at work out of aluminum It leaves the filter exposed and It works great but you cam hear the air going in while crusing and when you crack the throtle its noisier than i would like it to be.

I replaced the stock filter with an Arlen Ness Big Sucker Stage I Kit that comes with a round K&N air filter. I then added a used oval cover with a new "Live To Ride" insert. Total cost around $175.00 (Highly Recommend).

I bought an aftermarket tear drop air cleaner. It came with a foam filter, so I bought a K&N filter for it. I did this for the look, and because the original system was puking oil.

I added the breather tube system and ran the tube under the bike. Total cost for everything was about $200.00.

Of course, most Harley riders recognize it's a Sportster. Every now and then, someone asks, thinking it's a Low Rider.
