Default bad experience

I sprayed mine and had pretty poor results, but it was at least mostly my own fault. I didn't prep my heat shields in any way (blast, scuff, etc.) and just went straight over them with VHT spray can. It came out well, but the paint scratched off very easily. I went to add a couple of extra coats of paint, but the temps when I sprayed again were in the 40's/50's and it looked just god awful. I left the heat shields off and ordered the buckshot heat shields and never looked back.

So, what you're saying is that poor prep work and application of the product left you with poor results? Interesting

Default Exactly

Mine was a cautionary tale. I pointed out my mistakes so that others might avoid doing the same stupid things I did. Free tip for you while I'm at it, being a snarky doucher is is generally not advisable either.
