I picked up one of his kits when he was doing conversions for the yamaha xs650. Very high quality with no fit issues. The glass seat and tank are thick. I am sure this kit would be the same.

This one is the closest I've seen to a cafe racer conversion. It's a whole kit that you can just buy. I would love to pick up an old Sportie & one of these kits.
That is a nice kit but it's a "street tracker" not a cafe racer.It's a little confusing because Harley used a flat tracker style tail on thier factory cafe racer the CR1000.

I like this look. I just ordered the HD Headlamp Visor and Front Spoiler primed from http://www.surdyke.com. Then I blew 50 bucks on a spray can of OEM Brilliant Silver Denim paint from http://www.colorrite.com. I Think it will look good with my Drag Bars.
