Black Hooker, darkside exhaust! Get your minds out of the gutter!
 

Hey all, does anyone have any experience good or bad with the black hooker darkside exhaust.
Please let me know pros and cons, before i take the plunge.

Biggest con would be I can't find anywhere to buy it! Saw a set on ebay months ago but haven't since then. If you've got a link hook me up!

There's a bunch of videos on youtube...from what I can tell they sound awesome and IMO are one of the best looking out there...

For what it is worth. Many people had problems with the quality of Hooker and as such, Hooker no longer makes bike exhaust.

All I have ever heard was Hookers suck!! HEHE! alot of people have had problems with that exhaust.

I have the Darksides and they are decent, Well decent cause I got them for a good price. The bolting up was a PITA but it take to it with a little muscle. My biggest complaint is the Metal Ratchet Tie that holds the Heat Shield tight to the Pipe at the top snapped and now makes a clingin noise. Its the Shield Vibratin on the pipe since theirs nothing holding it to it but heres some pics.......besides that they are BADA$$ for the right price and sound good to me

I got the rebels, not the darksides but I dont think it makes a difference. Only a few weeks after installing them one of the baffles shot out from behind me on the freeway at full speed. Talked to Holley and they sent me replacement baffles, I installed them and I haven't had an issue since. They look awesome and sound great.

I think they look great but question the quality, that is why i was asking.
The pics posted look good though.
