Anyone ever seen an iron with the nightster spoke wheels? I have a silver iron and am in negotiations about trading my irons mags for a set of nightster spokes. If anyone has pics that would be awesome. I know I want to trade but I am wanting to see what it's going to look like after.

Thanks for the pics but.....I am trying to find a silver iron 883 with the nightster wheels. I have all of the parts to slam and chop mine like your bike but just dont think it will look right with the mags. I was trying to visualize the end result. My iron is all silver and as I said I was going by the looks of your bike but mine being all silver am trying to figure out if it will turn out cool.

jus do ur search on the forum, u will find it. u might not find the exact color of ur bike, but its basically the same thing.

Oh and if you can't find Nightster spoked rims on a silver iron, go to the photoshopping forum and ask the master, "grubby," what you are looking for (post a photo of your bike and ask for Nightster rims on it). Good luck!

 

Not too worried about it. I am just so limited as to what I can do with it because it's silver. I liked it for a few days and now I hate it. I thought the mags were cool too but now....just cheap looking to me. Oh well. Guess I should have gotten a nightstaer instead of this plain jane bike.

I have the 883 iron, about 99% because it has the 1/4 mile paint set. After I do the 883 to 1200 conversion it's basically a nightster. I am really playing around with the idea of going sportster scrambler except everyone seems to want to chop off the fender and the brace in the back. I just paid $2000 for that paint set. I've seen some scramblers with the entire iron fender and it's a cool look so I'm good there. Pipes! Once again youtube is your friend. You can search sportster with just about any accessory or style and there's probably a video on youtube. And you can hear the pipes. I got the RSD high track pipe for the power although it's not quite as cool sounding as a 2 into 2 pipe. Check out the RYCA site. They have a cool pipe and it sounds great. Hear it on youtube. You get the idea. See your future bike on youtube!
