Default Pics of Tach Install on Sporster (Nightster)

Just thought I would post pics of my Drag Specialties mini-tach install on my Nightster. Instead of using the supplied bar mount I purchased a XR1200 bracket and made a custom sleeve. This weekend I'll get it wired up and then open the garage door and look at the snow and muddy rock roads. Envy you guys living in the sunny states for now.

I like it! Ithink I'm gonna go with a 4" tach to match the speedo. When you do the wiring could you post details? I can't wait to do mine.

If it didn't say "Drag Specialties" on it, I would think it was factory.

Looks awsome!

That does look nice. I've been looking for a reasonable tach for my 08 Custom but just haven't found the right setup yet. Mine has a different configuration than yours so don't how it would work.

But, like I said...very nice.

Thanks for the compliments. My one goal was to get something that looked like it was stock and I think I've achieved that.

That looks great! Did you have to buy the XR bracket new, or were you able to find a used one? Did your speedo drop right in?
