Default Speedometer stopped and signal won't cancel

Friends,

Have a '02 Sportster 883 (1200 now) Hugger. Same old story took it out of storage, few good rides and now the speedo stopped and the signals won't cancel.

removed the VSS and cleaned and checked cables.
checked all connectors, unplugged and reconnected.
checked plug on inside of speedo, fine.
get power to speedo, odometer displays.
went thru the trouble codes, all clear
there is a PPU and a 5 digit code 78367 after all codes display clear.

any thoughts, maybe bad voltage regulator, other?

Appreciate your input!!

When you say you pulled and cleaned the VSS are you referring to the speed sensor?

I had the same exact symptoms with my RK and cleaning the sensor didn't help. After I installed a new sensor the problem was solved.

Check your fuses. '02 only has four 15A fuses, not hard to check at all. Sometimes they don't burn out in the middle & you have to pull them to see the end is burned out.

Use an ohm meter the check the fuses, some times they may look good, but still be bad.
