Default Going Drag

I was thinking of installing drag pipes on my Iron after the 1200 conversion. My question is if I install tourqe cones on the head of the pipes do you think that'll create enough back pressure to not have to put a SERT and run with the 1200 ECU settings? I want to run drags but I want to avoid doing a Dyno and mapping. What say you?

I've used torque cones several times. I haven't had a pair yet that hasn't burnt out. I doubt the torque cones will suffice the way you propose.

No you will need a SERT or PC III or PC V. There is no way to get the fueling even close without one. I have the baffles out of my MB pipes so they are drag pipes and my bike is tuned for them so it runs fine, but I did loose 5lbs of tq from removing the baffels, but gained 3HP LOL! if you are going to do the 1200 kit then you should run some sort of aftermarket pipes and AC so you need a tuner and dyno tune for sure. I have never used the cones, but they are not going to give you what you need.
