What about getting some chrome ones from Sportster Specialties and powder coating them?

 

why do you need them knurled? they aint goin anywhere. bars i just got from rene aint knurled, powdercoated them and installed them and tightened em down really good, no movement at all. on a side note...i have no problem uploading pics my friend. you might need to resize them but other than that, cake. got my seat from monstercraftsman.com. it's a sully's, diamond stitch solo. good luck brother....

 

BMX - I checked out sportster specialty, but they all have 8" of pullback. I was thinking I want 4-5 inches. What do you think? What's the pullback on your mercury bars?

 

Oh and all the solo seat mounts I've found are weld on. What are you using?
