Small update, slight hitch on the brake calier, the one I bought will not work, Apparently I need the Brembo caliper off a 08 or newer Bagger.....
Tank is finished!!!

Update, the front end is all on, ended up using an older 4 piston caliper and a floating rotor!! New tank is also on, not much left the shop is still in charge as they are doing the new wiring, since it now has a low mount headlight and all that crap that was in the headlight has to be rewired. I am also waiting on two oil lines that go to the oil filter, a royal pain to find, mine were leaking.

it is finally done, at least this round, tank on and full XR1200 front end!! Rides great,

anyone got a sissy bar for a 1987 883 sportster?? my boy rides all the time with me but only 8!! A little worried about him leaning off the back. Or know where I can order one?? Everything seems to be 2004 and newer
