Looking to complete the Stage 1 process as described by Biketech.

Bike is a 2005 Sporty 1200 Custom.

My bike already has the SEII pipes, carb jetting, and SE air intake. I believe it is still running the stock wires, modules, and coils.

I have tried looking on the Screaming Eagle website, but maybe I am not looking close enough. I know this may be a dumb question, but do they still make the SE ignition modules and where can I get them? Should I support my local stealership (they've done right by me before) or should I save some $$$ and try to pick up the parts online? Any recommendations as to where to go?

Looking for the following parts (I believe). Correct me if I'm wrong:

1) Screamin' Eagle Street Legal Performance Ignition Module
Harley-Davidson Part Number 32630-96

2) Screamin' Eagle Performance Coil
Harley-Davidson Part Number 31653-97

3) Magnecor 8.5 mm Harley-Davidson Plug wire set

Anything else I am missing? Thanks in advance!

I am unable to find this on the HD website, or the SE catalog. Just looks like all ignition modules are not included in catalog. Hmmmm!

 

I would call your local HD dealer. My SE manual is the 2008 so maybe they superseded it. The HD dealer can tell you. Once you get the parts, look at Chicago Harley and Zanotti's to buy online.

 

I was told by my local HD dealer that the SE ignition modules have been discontinued. They had problem of shutting off at highway speeds. They were recalled and never updated. I have been looking for one as well.
