can this be done and at what cost what is needed and can you buy a kit for this? any thoughts?

 

Can it be done, yes
What is needed, ECU, whole new harness, throttle body, injectors, not sure what else.
No kit that I know of
Probably cost more than if you sold yours and bought an 07 or newer.
