Default Loner Industries and the Superlow

I am having trouble getting risers for my 2011 Superlow. Seems like Loner Industries is making a prototype riser for my model. Because of the integrated riser for this model, a typical riser cannot work. So, he is making me one that looks something like in the link below. We shall see how it turns out. I can't wait.

He has 1 inch and 2 inch risers and I bought the 2 inch one. It is a prototype so I will let you all know how it works out.

Is the bottom of the bar clamp part of the upper tree on the newer bikes?

This is the upper triple tree. The riser is already built into it. Some brainchild at HD must have thought it up. Lets see now, we sell risers but no, lets build something that will make it impossible to use risers THAT WE SELL.

Some have suggested that it is a way to make things cheap. Well, yes it could be. But if you didn't, you can sell a set of risers when the person doesn't like the set that comes with it. Probably costs them say $20 to build, tops. Might save them a few bucks but now, I cannot buy that $140 set of risers you sell. Brilliant, Sherlock

If you look at the pic, you can see that the 48 is also cursed since Loner is building them that way.

The Loner Industries risers look like they will work O.K. if all you want is to do is raise the bars. They don't appear to be adjustable forward or back. I need a little pull back to bring bars closer to me. Did I interpret the picture right?

If you raise it, it isn't going straight up so it should give you a little more pull back, right?

Also, I am thinking that with the bars so close, it can hit the upper screw cap of the front shocks or whatever it is you call it. It looks pretty close. If you get the Chubby bars which are 1 1/4, it will be very close if not hitting. This will give me some room to spare.

Wait....that looks familiar...Oh yea I had that 9 months ago. Do I get royalties? Does that make me a trend setter?

Mine is 1 1/2" though and is a solid piece, not 2 pieces like above. It's about time someone finally started mass producing something.

Where does your speed cluster get bolted to?

Looks like the caps get bolted to the spacer and the spacer to the riser/triple tree but what about the speedo and the bracket? Got a view from the top?

I'll try to get one. The block just acts as a 1 1/2" spacer plate. So I took the 4 factory clamp bolts and bought 4 identical ones that were 1 1/2" longer. Speedo mounts up exactly as it does from the factory, you just put the spacer underneath and use the longer bolts to make up for the added space.

Underneath which? The spacer? It doesn't look like it in your pic but I might be wrong. It looks like upper clamp, handlebar, spacer, triple tree but I might be wrong.
