Mobil 1 synthetic gear Oil,,good stuff,,,
I've listend to many trannies with It In there,,,
Louder than HD Formula +,,
The "Clunk" Is always there,,
And I see nothing In It's formula for clutches,,,
Most will not agree with me,,but hey It's a free country
and this my Opinion,,,
So Flame me Mobil 1 guys,,I can take It XD

It's not the shift clunk that bothers me most although i am not fond of that either.
What bothers me is the loud noise the gears are now making, it has me concerned actually. As i said, i don't really know what was in it and wish i did because it was whisper quiet before the change. This is why i sometimes hate to make changes.
I will pick up some formula+ tomorrow and change it out, i have my fingers crossed.
I will re-post the outcome. Thanks.

Don't run syn in your primary, it's gonna cause slipping down the line. It also offers no real advantage over dino anyways. Run the dino and be done with it. After years of daily riding, I can tell you for sure that syn will have you replacing clutch plates soon enough. It actually over lubricates them. Put more thought into your crank case. That's where you'll see the real difference anyways.
73,000 miles using Mobil-1 75-90 syn, and still going strong...
And yep, still on the original clutch plates.

FYI, SAE Gear Oil is measured on a different "viscosity" scale than the one used for Motor (Engine) Oil.
A 75-90 Gear Oil has roughly the same viscosity as a 20-50 Motor Oil.
