Default My 2001 Sportster with mods

Hey folks, been a member here a long time, quit posting for a while and now back.

Here's my 2001 883 Sportster project bike I modified a little over a year ago.

The Before:

The After:

Also my former 07 1200 Custom:

I have a Fatboy and Triumph Bonneville also but the Sportster is my all around favorite ride.

I like what you did to your Sporty! Now I have a couple of questions for you: how do you like running a velocity stack? And what pipes are those?

I tend to ride that bike around town so I love the open stack, probably not a good choice if you ride distance and deal with rain.

I also have an Edelbrock carb on it with wide jets.

Not sure the brand on the pipes since the prior owner added them..not real expensive though, I had the heat shields PC'd to match the tank and fenders.

Air in/Air out.sounds great and runs like a scalded dog.

That's a lot of work done there. One thing I really love about Sporties... hard to believe it's even the same bike.

I'm looking to put a stack on my Sporty. I've heard not so many good things about them. I also ride around town most of the time or go on 50-100 mile ride on the weekends.
