Default Screamin Eagles -- What size baffles?

I have 1995 XLH 1200 with Screamin Eagle exhausts. They have an 8" outside diameter and are 16" long from the joint to the longest part of the flair cut end. There is nothing in there. I see several baffles on eBay but don't know what size to get. The exhaust say "Screamin Eagle", not "Screamin Eagle II". Thanks in advance.

8" diameter?? That's about half the diameter of your rear wheel. You might want to remeasure .

Yeah huh. Geometry was never my strength. 8" was the circumference. So I needed a 2.5" baffle for the exhaust (8 / 3.14). The local shop had a 2" baffle, which I inserted into the headers. $20 for two. Now my bike is about 10-20 decibels less and runs quicker with no backfiring because of the back pressure. GREAT low rumble at idle, and all kinds of noise under a fast acceleration.
