Default Fork Tube Pinch Screw

I am going to put a turn signal relocation kit on my bike and was wondering if I remove to top Fork Tube Pinch Screw is the tube going to move or slide down?

No, if you only loosen 1 of the pinch bolts on each side, you'll be fine.

Default Fork Tube Pinch Screw

I'm in the process of installing a turn signal relocation kit on my bike and I'm having a rough time removing the first fork tube pinch screw. My front wheel is elevated on off of the ground and I'm using a pneumatic wrench set to 100PSI and I'm still unable to loosen the screw. Is there something else is should be down.

In need a major help,
