coil and ignition relocation and tank lift on custom
Got my coil and ignition relocation and 2" tank lift from DK custom yesterday. it took about 2 hours to do it all. it is hard to see in the picture, but the ignition is moved left side behind the rear cylinder. Easy mods all the way around.
I was a little concerned about the look of the 4.5 gal tank lifted, but I think it looks pretty good. The tunnel on the tank is huge, so the wire tuck was pretty easy with just a few zip ties. I may go back over some areas with some electrical tape to protect against rub.
I would highly recommend Dk for those of you, like me, who don't have the tools or know how to fabricate their own parts. High quality products and fast shipping to satisfy the immediate gratification in all of us.
