sportster hp?
I have an 04 883 sportster. I have bought a set of cycle shack baloney cut mufflers, a K&N free flowing filter and a stage 1 jet upgrade kit. Once they are fitted, am I likely to get any increases in power and torque? and if so, Would anyone like to have a rough guess at to how much the increases might be?

Hell yeah, you'll get an increase in both horsepower and torque. Approximately 12% - 17% on each. I installed cycle shack taper cuts, and screamin eagle on my 06 883L, and I accidently pulled the front wheel (slightly) off the ground when heading out of my driveway on the initial run.
Oh, but you will need to do a carb re-jet when you install those parts.

As far as 'stock' torque and horsepower, here is some information I had saved;
"The 883 runs a 8.9-1 compression and can run on 87 octane fuel, while the 1200 has a compression ratio of 9.7-1 and requires 91+ octane fuel.
The 1200 also uses high flow cylinder heads from the Buell XB line, and cams from the 1200 Sport.
Factory horsepower and torque figures for the 883 are 53 HP at 6,000 RPM, and 51 LB-FT at 4,300 RPM.
Factory horsepower and torque figures for the 1200 are 70 HP at 6,000, and 79 LB-FT at 3,500 RPM."
