Yes, I have bought from them and they are great people to deal with. The reason they stopped carrying ramflo's is because they had a bad experience with the US. Distributor of them that was giving the company a bad name. They wouldn't ship out any new ramflo's for a long time even though they promised they would several times. That made people that bought them wait a very long time and pissed them off. Trak-tek decided that sacraficing their reputation for the ramflo air cleaner's wasn't worth it.
