how much for a used thunderheader?

i found someone who might be selling his old thunderheader exhaust. i asked how much and he just said to just make him an offer. if it is in good condition, how much would be a okay offer?

I would start somewhere around half the new price and then condition and how many miles are on it would move it one way or the other.
