Default 2011 and up 1200C with drag bars

Hi all. I'm planning on putting drag bars on my 2012 custom. Any pics and tips you can share regarding width, broomstick/pull back, turn signal issues, etc.

Thanks

Not a custom, by my sig pic below has them. They're 30" wide with about a 4" pullback.

Nice sporty. Anybody has a newer custom with drags? I also want to know if the 4.5 gallon tank will be an issue if I flip the mirrors

I would think drag bars on a custom with forward controls would be an issue. I could see it with maybe mid controls. I guess if you were going for the look of the letter "C" on Sesame Street, that would be OK. IMHO

Found this pic of a 2011C with drag bars... forward controls it looks like. I wonder how wide and how much pull back (or is this a broomstick drag bar)?

Any opinions?

Not a custom but I have them on mine I think they are 32" 0" of rise and 4" of pull back and this:
Fits '07-later XL models with 2.2 or 3.3 gallon fuel tank (except XL883C, XL883R, XL1200C, XL1200L, XL1200R, '11-later XL883L, or models equipped with 4.5 gallon large capacity fuel tank).

I have 30" drag bars with 4" pull backs with a 4.5gl tank, i couldn't flip the mirrors and have them where i could see anything without them hitting the tank, also moved the blinkers to the forks because they were close too.

Hmmm... so this means that anything shorter than a 30" would pose turn lights and flipped mirror issues right? Nice pics btw!
