Well lets see here
Bikes a Rigid mount
S&S carb
Dynatek ignition
Almost has to be an 88 incher by the TQ numbers
XB heads from Hammer with Crush porting and 10 or 10.5 compression
Hammer 560 cams
Your turn !

so far Rocketman is in the lead with the positive ID on=
1. S&S Carb w/TunderJett
2. Ignition, though not Dynatek
3.89 inch S&S hot set up strokerflywheels/ 3 5/8 bore

cams heads and compression is there, just not Hammer products, other things that i've liked to use, before Hammer was even out there.
other guesses?

stcok H-D head castings, ported and worked by my machinist. 93 model year, not rigid, stock(chrome)swingarm, Progressive Shocks and older design, cant remember the number off the top of my head, but they are adjustable for spring pre-load and re-bound.
cams are very off the beaten path, but not andrews or redshift.

Believe it or not, i'm running the old Edlebrock cams that they made to match their heads back in the days when they were trying to make H-D stuff. Most of the other crap they made was crap, but i do like the cams and they have worked well with a couple of other head set ups I've used in the past.

drinktothat,
are you running drag pipes as that is showing some terrible reversion typical of drags.
