Here's a vid of the install of the Shorai Lithium battery. It has been a few months and is working well. We'll see if it lasts 9+ years like the last lithium.

Are you going to use the Shorai BMS/Tender? I did not see an install of the tender lead. I assume you have current draw when ignition off? I have the dedicated Shorai BMS that plugs into the side of the battery. Although my '91 has no current draw, I do use the BMS function after every ride to balance the cells. After it does it's thing, I disconnect since I don't really need the tender function for storage.

I do have a very small amount of draw.

I am using a standard tender pigtail and the same lithium specific tender that I have been using. I called Shorai to double check that they were compatible and got an affirmative on that.

That's good to know, thanks.

ROFL....might be....I don't know if Harley is ever going to be successful in the electric market.

Here is a video we did a while back on a HD branded ebike. We have not done a follow up video yet. But Gabe got pretty good at riding, jumps, mud, etc. BUT, he has broken it many times already. This was not made to withstand kids having fun, and doing what kids do.
