Default 2009 Nightster V&H FuelPak tune

Hello y'all, I have a 2009 Sportster 1200 with a Vance & Hines Short Shot exhaust system, and the V&H FuelPak programmer. I bought the bike with the pipes and programmer already installed and it runs lean and gets crappy mileage (about 65-70 miles a tank). Is there a way I can tune it for it to run right and get better mileage? Any input is much appreciated! Thanks!

Call V&H. They can give you more tuner codes that may help.

You'll probably want to e-mail V&H and give them your specs (Yeah, Model, CC, Exhaust, AC) and someone will get back to you within 24hr with a map.

For him it's probably fine, but for some if the exhaust isn't V&H or RSD you're pretty much SOL.

Even though my exhaust was V&H I still e-mailed them and one of their techs responded with a map that was different from what their form put out.
