Default 10" t-bar help

So I have purchased a new 10" rise t-bar, I'm looking for ideas of how to mount my speedo. Anyone else that has done this got any suggestions and or pics of it on their bike? Thanks in advance.

maybe cable clamps will work?

There's a thread on XL Forum on this, worked perfect on my 4 1/2" risers. Here's a pic of mine.

Alright, got the parts in and starting the install... unfortunately work calls and it will have to be finished tomorrow. But my question (regardless of how dumb it sounds) is: does anyone have an easy way of removing the left hand grip from my old bars before I just start trying to pull it off the end. It seems pretty secure and would just like a second or third opinion before I do something stupid and screw up my grips.
Any input or advice is appreciated.... and yes pics are to come.

I laid the handle bar on top of my wood store in the garage with the grip hanging off the edge for a few minutes. After it got good and warm used a small skinny screwdriver and lightly pried mine off with no damage. CAUTION use a glove or something to hold the bar so not to burn your hand like I did, duh!

Yea, I ended up with the wife's hair dryer and a thin screw driver to loosen mine up. Got it put on the bars last night and were up and running today.... now to figure out how to run this fkn rain outta here....

But thanks for the advice man.
