Default My 180 rear conversion is finished.pics & details

I thought I'd start a new thread with the details and finished pics of my 180 tire conversion as well as some helpful notes. This was very very easy and was a direct bolt on, I did do a few things to give my self extra clearance.

1) I used a 2013 dyna 17x4.5 wheel and a Michelin scorcher "11" 180 tire
2) the 48 and dyna hubs are identical so axle, bearings and spacer ( between bearings) are interchangeable.dyna is left drive so just turn the wheel around
3) the dyna wheel is laced with the rim slightly offset, the wheel fits fine but I didn't want my rear tire offset to the left so I took 3mm off the right side spacer. I then made a 3mm spacer for the left side which I put between the swing arm and caliper mount ( this also keeps the caliper centered)
4) I replaced the nuts on the bolts that go through the fender struts with 5/16-18 jam nuts ( they are much shallower) and cut the excess protruding bolts off.
5) I routed the turn signal wires between the fender struts and fender strut covers instead of under the fender were they originally were.
6) the license plate mount fit in the original location but I opted to modify it and move it forward, I also cut off the reflectors
7) I noticed in one pic the belt guard looks close but its actually not at all

Love what you did with the bike, I'm trying to do the same but with a solid hub/wheel.
Could you take a few pics of the belt pulley and the swing arm, would love to see the clearance you have, also what your clearance you have between the belt and wheel.

Default Planning a 180 conversion on my 2014 48

G'day,
I was wondering if you could clarify the installation process especially the use of spacers on both sides. Everything else seems clear cut, thanks for your time.
