Default What bars did you put on your 883/1200 Custom's tall risers?

I want to put some different bars on my 883C, but I don't want to swap the tall risers. What did you put on? What's the tallest rise bar can you use with the stock cables/brake line?

Thanks in Advance.

I ditched the custom riser set up for 8.5" pull back risers and 27" drag bars. That's about the max. The custom riser is 5.5" I believe...

I have bars that come back from a 2006 sportster low. You can get the same bars from a dyna. I did replace the brake line, but thats the only cable. The other option to make it work with your existing set up is to bend the brake line.

I was at the dealer and saw a 2013 883 L with those kind of bars next to a 1200C like mine with the smaller bars. HDXXX Are you saying that you were able to get the Low bars to work without extending the wiring? I can see that throttle and clutch will make it but I haven't opened the harness to see if there is some extra length in the wiring. Also do you have a part No for the Dyna bar? Thanks

Everything was fine on my bike except for the brake line. Not sure on the part number for the dyna bar its been a number of years since I changed them out. The bars I have are from a 2006 sportster low so check to make sure they are the same bars the 2013 low has.

I've got a 2007 1200C and yesterday, I swamped the bars for thee 1200 Low bars. Much better. Changed no cables and only did a slight bend on the metal brake hose. The wires are long enough if you remove the front tank bolt and move the factory harness above the bolt instead of below it, where it is from the factory.
