I pulled the baffles out of my rush slipons on my nightster to see how it would sound. The exhaust wasnt loud enough for me with the baffles in. The sound with no baffles is almost too obnoxiously loud now, and has a bit of a "hollow" sound to it. Will the TTI'S noticeably change the sound/ quiet the exhaust a bit if I install them without baffles. Does anyone have a sound byte of the rush slipons without baffles and TTI'S?

 

Check out DK customs site. He has videos with the thunder torques, just not sure what pipes they are with.

 

I have them in with cycle shacks and they took away some of the tinny sound.

 

The W's will deepen the tone a bit, while it does not do much for decibel reduction, it will sound quieter to the human ear because deeper tones do not sound as loud as sharper tones of the same decibel rating.

btw, by installing them you will get a nice bump in low and mid range torque.
