Default rigid frame question

Changed my 95 sporty to rigid (weld on). Now bike has weight bias to left side. First time building custom. Wondering if anyone has dealt with this kind of issue.

What company is the hardtail from? Did you true it after tack welding before final full welds? Theres a few things it could be. Frame table? or work bench? SOrry for sporatic questions, its happened to me once before and it turned out to be the tail section itself wasnt symetric with itself

Its a david bryd. Triple checked everything before final weldng. Doesn't rule out human error. Dont know if it is where i cut the exhaust off. Seems like primary drive is over wieghing left side. Weight problem showed up after installing engine.

no left dominance until it was hardtailed correct? If thats the case its definitely something with the tail section not being proportioned. Might sound silly, but welds dont add up to alot of weight, but if some are larger than others it could be that

Is it possible you simply didn't notice before? Byrd tails are pretty difficult to screw up and they're a good quality piece.
