Had you previously swapped out the clutch ? just wondering...

thanks,

Adusted the primary chain, adjusted the clutch pull.
(Edit: forgot to mention that I replaced the bolts with AlloyBoltz,
and to the horror of some, using ATF type 'F' in the tranny)

A big shout out to Steve Cole at TTS for updating the Mastertune
Sportster Cals! I spent some time coping timing/AFR tables to the
new MT9 base so it'll be ready for some VTune3 recordings after
the inital fire-up/break-in cycles.

Wait, when did you reassemble the top end? I've been trying to keep tabs on what you were doing to see how and what you did.

I haven't - yet... Don't need to for clutch/chain tension. I just have
the jugs held down with a couple pcv unions (see HP website) while
I move the drivetrain for cold checks...

Fixed the rear turn signal wires and added some LED lights while I was at it

New shifter. Needs a small position adjustment but it feels great; I like it a lot.

installed my mirror extensions. Didnt work out as well as I hopes, as using the 'upside down' for the inverted mirrors ends up interfering with the clutch lever - unless you point it about 45* forward so the bolt/nut is in front of the clutch lever. throttle side worked out pretty well. Definitely moves is farther out though, even an inch is extremely noticeable.

Fedex arrived and I did this:

FuelMoto Delivered!
I started it after installing the custom map, and I dunno, but I think it Sounds better than the PC-V I have. Plus the data and being able to use the narrow band at least O2 make me feel better.

Now Im waiting for UPS, and my hammer impact AC :D
Also rerouted the wires from the handle bars so they slip behind the headlight again. I wish someone had said a year ago, the tank comes off with 2 bolts, and 3 plugs. Cause man its So easy. wiring my USB would have been so much easier. all anyone said was 'just take the tank off'. haha. Well yea, Just take the tank off, its Super Simple!
