I relocated the front indicators, since I'm going to install a small ape on the Iron I wanted to relocate the indicators since I'm not a fan when driving a ape the sits so high. I used the oem bracket from a 48 and altered them to fit on the lower part of the triple T.

The source bracket I bought,

The install from the altered brackets,

It looks like oem, so I'm happy with the looks, now waiting untill my ape and cables arrive to proceed.

Late this morning my son and I headed out for a Thanksgiving Day ride. Pretty nice day here in Indiana, temps around 40* and finally some sun. Got home about the same time our daughter showed up, and we had our Thanksgiving dinner. Perfect day!

Got rear ended standing in traffic today. Was on my way to HD dealership to get state inspection done. Instead spent a couple of hours in emergency room. BTW, bike failed inspection.

Whaa.... No serious injuries I assume/hope! As far as the bike, that's a damn shame... Repairable?

My knee and hip got banged up pretty good, no broken bones fortunately. Bike was taken by wrecker flatebed. Hopefully I can get over to the yard tomorrow to access the damage. Filed a claim with Progressive they said claim adjuster would get with me next business day -which I'll assume to be Monday.

While I'm sure the injuries are painful, thank God they aren't worse than that. Hoping your injuries heal quickly!

Glad you got out of that hit in decent shape!! Progressive did a great job for me in 2012 when I totalled my Dyna. Make a list of every nut & bolt you've added; it should be covered on your policy. They didn't deny me a single item I listed, no matter how small. It really added up.
