Default swap 21" front for a 19"

I have a 97 1200c, w/21" front wheel...I would like to change it for a 19" to drop the front about an inch.....what would fit, so the disc would align, with no mods?

If your goal is to lower the front end, why don't you just slide the forks up in the triple trees 1"?

While a 19" wheel has a 1" smaller radius than the 21" wheel, the sidewalls on the 19" tire are taller than those of the 21" tire. Changing to a 19" wheel and tire will only drop the front <= 1/2".
