Default Is a Superlow better on the highway than an Iron?

GF is considering a new or used Superlow. Just curious as to whether or not the Superlow would feel "smoother/more refined" at highway speeds than an Iron. I'm guessing probably not?

I would think both bikes of the same year will be the same.

Shouldn't be any difference if they're both stock. The GF might feel more comfortable on the Superlow as the bars have more pullback and rise than the stock bars on an Iron.

I know that our superlow is as smooth on the hwy as my heritage is. The wife has rode it on several long trips and has never complained about comfort. I have not rode it for hours but about 75mph it a very smooth ride.

I have a superlow and husband has an iron. I love my bike hate his. I think the fatter front tire on the superlow gives it a more stable feel along with the other differences.

I have a 2012 Superlow and a good friend has a 2012 Iron.I've ridden his several times on 100-200 mile trips and we both agree mine is smoother. At 60-65 mph my bike is as smooth as any I've ridden in my 54 years riding. At 75 and above the vibes start to get noticeable, but I rarely ride that fast for long.

the super low has a different trail and radial tires. it definitely rides different than the iron. I prefer the super low.

Low has a bigger tank which you'd probably like for highway riding. Haven't done it myself yet (next upgrade) but you can always put used touring shocks on the either to help out the ride.
