Reply: #76441 was designed to fit the 2004 Sportsters. In 2007 Harley moved the ECM to the fender, so we redesigned the seat to fit with that. In 2010 the ECM was moved again. This seat will definitely fit 2004-2006 models, and while it has not been tested on a 2010-up Sportster there should be no conflict.

This seat WILL NOT FIT A 2007-2009 Sportster!!!!
