Greetings all, I have a 2011 Nightster with the 3.3 peanut style tank and would rather have a 4.5 from a compatible model. Mine is black and in great shape with zero dings etc.

I would prefer to have the 4.5 as I travel alot, mine has 2k miles on it.

I have a 2008 xl1200C with the 4.5 gallon tank. I believe they would be compatible. Yours is fuel injected too right? Id love to trade for your nightster tank. I don't travel far very often. Mostly just around town, so a smaller tank doesn't bother me at all.


Anyway, the only issue would be that my tank is a dark blue color so Im sure you would want to repaint it. No dents or anything like that. If you are interested, PM and I will give you my number and text you some up close pics of the tank.
