I just installed mids so i don't need these anymore. I removed them @ 3k miles do they are still in great shape! I am using the bolts and shift peg so you'll have to use your old ones or source some new ones. $150 shipped

Hi Jman245, will you tell me how tall you are and how you like the mids on your 48? Do your knees stick up a lot? Are you able to squeeze the tank or bike in general better than before? Thanks, b

 

Sorry, one more thing. Now that you have done it, if you had a blank check would you front for the further forwards that move them 2 to 3 inches forward from mids?

 

Hi, im 5'8 and love the mids compared to the forwards. I feel way more stable and in control.i ride pretty aggressively sometimes and in turns im more comfortable. I feel i can hug the tank better. I don't ride long distances so it works for me. If i could do it again, i would have kept the forward control pegs on for long rides and have the best of both worlds

 

i also like using my passenger pegs when i ride,lol
