If you install it with the SE intake kit, you need to buy a couple adapter pieces to make the cover fit, but it can be done. I did the same on my 2010 FLHTK.

2014 Stock take-offs
Everything except the wheels were taken off after 2 rides(From the dealer when new and back to the dealer to get all the stuff put on that I ordered with the bike) Everything is in excellent condition. I picked this bike up brand new on New Year's Eve of 2014.

Handle bars 100.00
stock gear shift 40.00
Front legs and cowbells 150.00
Front wheel with tire and rotors ( 4000 miles great condition) 250.00
Rear wheel with rotors (4000 miles great condition, no tire) 200.00
Front turning light assembly 50.00
Air filter cover - no 103 emblem (dealer lost it)
Saddlebags (amber Whiskey)150 each/300 pair (only one very small scratch right bag. Not very noticeable
Saddlebag Lids (amber Whiskey)
Front Fender (amber Whiskey)250.00
Headers/mufflers (Approx 26 miles to and from the dealership) 250.00
I also have two band new primed lids from a 3rd Party vendor that I would part for for- 100.00 for both
