Default FS '16 Road Glide Special Paint Set Superior Blue

SPF to UltraSteveUSAF

I just bought a vivid black set and I'm waiting for the delivery of my J&S jack before I install. But in about a week I'll have a full, almost as new (~2500 miles) Superior Blue paint set from my bought in November Road Glide Special. UPDATE - Black installed and set is ready for sale.

The set I bought came packaged very nicely, 10 boxes. But its a fortune to ship it all, just based on the size. So it would be much better if someone did a pickup. I'm in Westchester County, NY.

Here's the bike, as I said, the blue parts are still installed. Once it's apart I can take close ups of anything you want. Its all perfect. Has a gloss black inner fairing, upper vent and doors. Mine is the same color so it's not coming off.

It's never been dropped, scratched, scuffed or painted (except at the factory).

Outer fairing
Lower fork valence
Front fender
Tank
Side covers
Rear fender
Saddlebag lowers
Saddlebag tops
Saddlebag reflector/trim
Rear fender tip light/trim

Upon cleaning and inspection, a couple of the parts aren't as flawless as I thought. From 2' away they look perfect, but there are some micro-scratches on the rear fender (shown in photo).

So, here's what it is. I had a potential deal with a member for $1500 picked up for the set, but circumstances made him back out. I really want to get rid of the seven really big boxes that are going to cost me $60 a month to store, so my current price is $1500 picked up. Forget shipping, #1, it'll cost a fortune, simply due to the size of the boxes, and #2, it will take me several trips to the shipper due to the size of my car. So picking up would be better for everyone. However if the only way I'll get rid of the set is shipping, then $1550 + actual shipping cost - which I gotta think will be $500 or more.

So that's that. I'm not parting it out at this point. So $1500 picked up in White Plains, NY, or $1600 if you're going to make me make several trips to UPS.

It's all boxed up and ready to go. PM is best.

Thanks

New Price $1200 picked up.

Note that these are behind the fender/saddlebag supports and can't be seen.

Please don't make me start to hope someone with a superior blue bike drops it so they need my set... That would be wrong.

It's kinda funny, my '13 was big blue pearl so when I bought the '17 I went with black quartz. I'm already kinda bored with it to be honest. My one complaint with the ultras in particular are the limited color choices.

anyway......bump to the top
