Thank you for the response. However, I am looking for a bit more detail such as specific medals and/or theaters of Operation listed on the 214 that are determining factors.

I guess one of the National reps can answe that question, I don’t know what the exact criteria says, the by-laws are kinda vague

To be a "Full-patched" member, you must provide proof of earning basically any U.S. Campaign medal. (including GWOT Campaign) or Expeditionary Medal. There are also Auxillary and Support members, who may not have earned the above awards.
