death wobble...but not dead

not sure how much ride on. I use the beads. Have ridden several bikes that use ride on and they were smooth as well but I don't know how much goes in. Several of the other guys here could most likely answer that better than me.

New to dark side here and started high on my rear pressure (42psi) and she wobbled above 80, backed the pressure down to 31psi now and it's much better....gonna try lower pressure when the weather warms up around here.
My question is the front tire....when dark siding do you guys maintain the recommended stock front MT pressure from the moco or max it out to the max pressure indicated on the side of the tire?
Thanks, John

Probably a bald center of the tire would be my guess.
Without starting another thread, is anyone running other than stock recommended front tire pressure when dark siding the rear only?
Still searching for the best balance of performance and having no wobble

Death wobble will usually mean the swing arm bushings are lose .
Pretty common for a HD.
Jack up the rear(on lift if at all posable) loosen rear shocks pull rear tire left and right, whilst
Holding a finger on the area near swing arm and a stationary object
If you have to- clamp a sturdy flat bar to the upper frame areas (under seat) and use a dial indicator to the swing arm.
Anything over a FAT Zero I would fix, as that transcribes to a LOT with weight on and further back at the rear.
Once that is addressed consider a form of "Turing link."

I have ride on in the front. The indy who mounted the ct refused to put it in. They likened it to Slime, the after you have a flat. We discussed Ride On and they refused to believe anything like that could exist. They put weights on the rear. I will probably end up either buying one of the tires most of the Darksiders are using or just bump up the air pressure on the tire i currently have in my garage.
