The federal tire doesn't look like it would fit a 2000 EG

The tire on my current sidecar is a 130/90-16 67H Tube . If there is a CT that would swap out that would be worth a try. Anyone have an idea the difference in size a 175/60R 16 82 h would be?

Thanks may work out better with the CT about an inch shorter may be a good thing in this case.
