And so it lives and moves. It is definitely a different feeling. Rode it Saturday down the street several times checking for loose bolts, rubbing, etc. Everything checks out just fine.

Pulled out of the garage, went from the driveway onto the side walk, about an inch difference in height. Ended up riding in the yard for a short distance, going WTF and laughing the entire time. Yes, it does take some getting used to. One thing I noticed in my short couple of rides, the tire does not want you to fall over. Once I identified the slow speed differences, I actually felt more comfortable in a making a u-turn. might be just my initial findings. But, I LIKE IT.

Once you get used to pulling it over at slow speed, you will ride like normal again.

Rode for about an hour this evening. Everything from stop and go traffic to 85 mph. It rode solid as a rock. Went from 32 psi to 30. Seems to ride a bit better at 32 psi versus 30 psi.

Congrats on getting your project done.
Take your time and let the bike come to you.
If you think you like your car tire now, wait until you have to make an emergency stop or get stuck in the rain. Riding darkside shines even brighter there.

Got a little wobble on my way home from work. There was also a pretty mean cross wind, might have to go back up to 32 psi.

I've never been able to run my psi that low. Always settle in right around 38. Anything less and the bike feels squishy in the curves. Especially 2 up.

You might want to flip that tire. Rotation is the wrong direction for that tread pattern.

You are right! I did not notice that. Running that direction will push water towards the center of the tire.....
