The brand and model tire is not a big deal . What you want to avoid is so called rim protector tires. They have a side wall designed to hit the curb before rims do and that makes them a bit wider. Also you want to avoid . Also you should avoid asymmetric tire the tread design id different left and right of the center line.

I can't see any reason why it wouldn't fit (195/60r16) I think one of the reasons some go with the 195/55r16 is there is a wider selection of tires one can use even if they are a little shorter. The 195/60r16 really has a scant few to select from.
On my 2010 Street Glide, I'm running a 205/60r16 on the rear and a 150/70-18 rear tire on the front in reverse. (double dark)
