Default Advantages of double dark

I have 2010 limited with 130/80/17 front tire and in need of another. I’m wondering if going to a rear 150/70/17 would be advantageous. I get cupping after 15000 miles and will this still happen on a rear tire.

This is one of the advantages of running double dark....

When I wear out the OEM front tire I will be going to double dark. Works great in the rain, amazing stopping power and it looks good too! What else do you want?
