Gone to the Dark Side - Ongoing Review

I've run the Yoko Envigor. Two of them really. I didn't get very good mileage out of them. Went to the driveguard and I'm getting closer to 20K out of them.
You can go with either a 205 or a 195 for the width. I generally go with the 195, but have run 205's without problem. I would look for a 195 60 16 or a 205 60 16 if I were you. That should keep your speedometer pretty close.

Oh wait, this is the Dark Side Forum... We are doing something most folks think is crazy....
Seriously though I really do have trouble wrapping my head around the idea of running an asymmetrical tire on a bike. It just seems wrong to me.
But I guess it must really work or someone would have told us....
So I suppose it it just another one of my irrational fears. (like spiders! ICK)

I rode CTs for a few years. When I bought my last bike I thought I'd wear out the bike tire before switching back, and I thought it would be a good comparison, well it was.
I hated everything about that bike tire. Could'nt wait til it wore out, swapped it out after 6000 miles. Back to CT and great riding.

So.....F’ing with pressures front and rear now.
Rear at 36 and front at same and would get a slight ‘rider induced’ wobble above 75. Low speed up to that point was perfect.
My Dunlop AE on front says 41 cold....
does less pressure in front induce a wobble?
