Default SEPST and 2011 103 Touring

I have a 2011 Road Glide Ultra.

I have it setup with an SE Ventilator air cleaner, stock headpipe and CVO slip ons.

I am getting some pinging and running hot. I would like to hook up my SEPST (after getting cables) and adjust it a bit.

Which map should I start with as the baseline? Why do all the maps disable the ACR? Shouldn't that be enabled?

Most stations are 10% ethanol at least so I am assuming I should select that when adjusting the map.

ANy assistance would be appreciated.

You own SEPST (Pro Supertuner) pick the calibration for a Stage1 (pipe and a/c).
This will produce a decent running bike...at least till you can get it to a tuner to maximize smoothness, throttle response, power, and fuel mileage.
