Will the fp3 take care of spark plug knock in the auto-tune mode or is something else need to be done? I've been trying to get rid of this condition with my previous tuner and is reason I purchased the FP3. I would like to keep or increase power fuel mileage is good so I have some room to add fuel.

 

Nope, the autotune feature only puts the whole AFR table into 14.35 closed loop and maps out the VE tables based on the narrowband sensors. Once done it puts the AFR table to one of V&H's design

FP3 allows access to the spark tables but does not log knock events, I hope you didn't really buy it for that ...although they may be working on that for the future tho

 

As stated in another post... make sure you are running HD plugs for knock protection. It wont detect ionization with some other brands
