Default FP3 autotune

I started autotune today. I did 2 sessions both about an hour long and the whole time I've had "engine too cold" showing at the top of the chart next to the number of cells learned. After the 2nd run I took a screenshot of the bike parameters that showed a temp of 337. Any ideas why the autotune keeps showing that engine too cold? Bike is a 2017 SGS with V&H hi-output slip ons and Harley heavy breather intake.

Something seems off, maybe a bad temp sensor. 337 seems way too hot to be running

Maybe Im wrong. Doing a little google search, it seems the head temps are much higher than I expected them to be

The strange thing there is that you seem to have been collecting data just fine?

Email V&H but it looks as if it is still working ...weird??!?

The 337 temp was after a ride in mid 80s weather and then pulling it into the garage so no more air flow. During a run later last night the engine too cold note went away and I kept the app on the sensors screen and temps got up to 278 while doing 70 in 6th gear on the freeway in about 70 degree weather. Just completed the autotune and flashed it so we'll see how it runs soon

If you looked at that temp after the bike had been sitting the garage for a few minutes, it's not uncomon for the temp to go up slightly as the temps in the heads equalize.. Sensor is on the intake side so its the coolest place in the head.. Exhaust and combustion chamber heat will tend to flow to the intake side when motor is shut down and no air flowing over the cooling fins.

My fp3 will say engine is to cold randomly sometimes or right after I turn off the bike (after a long ride). As long as it is populating the cells on the autotune screen your good to go. I ran mine for about 300 miles and was happy with the performance. You will never get all the cells to turn green.

There is bug within this version. It is currently being fixed and will be in the next update.
