Default Pro Super Tuner - Throttle position less than 100% at WOT

My logs are showing throttle position of 86.4% or 85.9% at the highest for throttle position when doing full throttle pulls. The highest value I've seen for the TPS is 3.81.

Is this common to see? I have about 15 pulls at WOT and they are all just like this.

I assume this is a cable operated throttle. Does the throttle open all the way to the stop when not running? Cables adjusted properly?

yes, cables are good to go. The only indication of a possible problem is the data log showing less than 100%.

I just looked at a smart tune log I made a year ago and it's the same.

This became SOP before each tune on cable driven. Amazing how many aren't hitting 100%. 85% does seem low. Collapse the idle completely. While logging data with bike off. Open throttle all the way and adjust throttle until you get 100%. Then then readjust idle cable to proper slack.

If this doesn't work. I have seen other problems of interference with aftermarket AC's. I have also seen on some aftermarket throttle bodies where the "wheel" the cables hook into contact the cable bracket. Which stops it from opening all the way.

I would address it. Not only for the best power. Because if your log is showing 100kpa, well. BUT more for how PE mode works.

Edited to add: Before getting the horse behind the cart. Have you visually checked the throttle blade?

Blade is fine. Throttle tube appears to be binding on the housing. I can't get free play in the throttle with cables adjusted properly after tightening down the cable housing screws
